Buying original work

Delivery
& returns.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery applies. The delivery charge and expected timescale will be confirmed before payment, based on the artwork’s size, weight, framing and destination. Original work is carefully packed and sent using a tracked service. Unless a different date is agreed with you, delivery will take place within 30 days of purchase.

International delivery

Overseas delivery is available by arrangement. The cost, carrier and expected timescale will be confirmed before payment. The buyer is responsible for any local import duties, taxes or customs charges. Robert Bradbury Art remains responsible for the artwork until it is delivered to you.

Ready-made original artwork

If you buy an available, ready-made original online, you may cancel without giving a reason by emailing robert@robertbradbury.art within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying Robert, you have a further 14 days to return the work.

The artwork must be returned securely, in its original condition and packaging where possible. Unless the work is faulty, damaged or not as described, return delivery is your responsibility. The purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost will be refunded within 14 days of the returned work being received, or earlier evidence that it has been sent back.

Commissioned and personalised work

Work made to your specification or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if the work is faulty, damaged or not as agreed. The commission brief, price, delivery and cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
